• The institution has constituted the Mentor Committee to monitor, assess and advise to the students, on regular basis, for the overall development of the students in the institution.

• Teachers as mentors must be cope up with the modern ICT enabled teaching, and know more about student and be always available for student to meet out the student’s challenges and opportunities of teaching.

• Every year, the committee, with the help of mentors keeping track of student’s achievements in both curricular and co-curricular activities.

• The committee obtains Mentors-Mantee Manual details under the proforma known as GAVISHREE CARE and it is working as per the SOP of the committee.

• Soon after the admission process completes, the class wise allotments of mentors are made based on the student’s strength and the full - time teachers available in the college.

• Each mentee is asked to record the details of student’s participation and performance both in the curricular and extra-curricular activities and evaluate the overall students’ achievements and grading will be given (A to D). In the process, if any student is lacking academically and observed by mentors about some abnormal behaviors in the class, are asked to undergo counselling process to overcome such problems by the trained counselors.

• • The mentor’s mentee manual includes the student’s performance in the internal tests, assignments, and class seminar and other extra activities Based on the student’s involvement and his level of performance the necessary corrections are suggested to the student for his/ her improvement.
